If you’re looking for a fun and exciting way to get your girls active and engaged, our Jr Girls Basketball League is the perfect fit! Designed for ages 6 to 10, this league is all about introducing young players to the basics of basketball in a supportive and encouraging environment. We are excited to bring you a full season of sisterhood and competition. Our sessions will consist of an Islamic reminder/dua, drills and a game. During Ramadan, all teams will participate in a humanitarian challenge with Human Concern International. Our goal is to use this challenge to build leadership and camaraderie. The season will end with playoffs, followed by an awards ceremony.

We focus on teaching essential skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting, but it’s more than just basketball. It’s about teamwork, making new friends, and strengthening the bonds of sisterhood. Each session will be split into two one-hour sections: 6-7 pm & 7-8 pm. This includes the skills assessment weeks. Players will be assigned to one of two sessions. This may change weekly, and it is critical to check the schedule here to confirm when your child is playing. Coaches will also create team-specific WhatsApp groups, where schedule reminders will be posted.
