Faezsports Code of Conduct & Sportsmanship Policy

Our Commitment to the Game At Faezsports, we are committed to providing a safe, competitive, and highly positive environment for all our athletes, families, and staff. To maintain the integrity of our programs, this Code of Conduct applies to everyone involved in Faezsports—including youth players, adult league participants, parents, coaches, and spectators.

Whether you are a young athlete learning the game, an adult playing in our senior leagues, or a parent cheering from the sidelines, we expect everyone to uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship.

Core Expectations

By participating in or attending any Faezsports program, you agree to:

• Show Respect: Treat all players, referees, coaches, staff, and spectators with respect at all times, regardless of the score or the situation.

• Respect the Call: Accept the decisions of the referees and officials without argument or complaint.

• Promote Positivity: Encourage fair play, teamwork, and a supportive atmosphere on and off the court.

• Respect the Facility: Keep our gyms and playing areas clean and treat the equipment with care.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Faezsports maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for disruptive, aggressive, or abusive behavior. There are no excuses for poor conduct. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Swearing, profanity, or using derogatory language.

• Verbal abuse, taunting, or trash-talking directed at opponents, teammates, or referees.

• Physical aggression, fighting, or intentional intent to injure.

• Bullying, harassment, or intimidation of any kind.

• Confrontations or aggressive behavior from parents or spectators on the sidelines.

Disciplinary Consequences

We take our community's safety and environment very seriously. Violations of the Code of Conduct will be met with immediate and firm disciplinary action. Depending on the severity of the incident, Faezsports reserves the right to enforce any of the following consequences:

1. Immediate Removal from the Game If a player, parent, or spectator engages in unsportsmanlike conduct, they will be ejected from the current game and asked to leave the facility immediately.

2. Suspension Further offenses, or severe first offenses, will result in a suspension from the league. The suspended individual will not be allowed to play, attend, or participate in upcoming games or sessions for a duration determined by Faezsports management.

3. Complete Removal from the Program Repeated offenses or extreme violations (such as physical violence or severe verbal abuse) will result in permanent removal and a lifetime ban from all Faezsports programs. (Note: No refunds will be issued for players or teams removed due to disciplinary reasons).
