4 teams of 8–10 players, a Round Robin + Playoff format

TentativeTimeline (10am – 8pm)

  • 10:00am – 10:30am: Check-in, T-Shirt distribution, and Warm-ups.

  • 10:30am – 1:30pm: Round Robin Stage (Each team plays 3 games).

    • Note: Schedule a 20-30 min break around Dhuhr prayer time.

  • 2:30pm – 4:30pm: Semi-Finals (Seed 1 vs Seed 4; Seed 2 vs Seed 3).

  • 4:30pm – 5:30pm: Break / Asr Prayer.

  • 5:30pm – 7:00pm: Championship Final & 3rd Place Game.

  • 7:00pm – 8:00pm: Awards Ceremony, Clean-up, and Closing Dua/Remarks.

    Cost: $50 Per Player
