Women's Pilates Class — Spring 2026 Session

FaezSports x This Pilates Place are teaming up to bring you an expert-led Pilates experience designed with women in mind. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, this class will help you build real results in a welcoming, hijab-friendly environment.

Each session focuses on enhancing your flexibility, core strength, and posture — leaving you feeling stronger and more balanced week after week.

Session Details:

• 📅 Every Tuesday, April 21 – June 9, 2026 (Break for Eid Ul Adha week)

• 🕣 8:30 – 9:30 PM

• 📍 Fairport Beach PS: 754 Oklahoma Dr, Pickering, ON L1W 2H5 

• 💰 $100 for the full session
